Parents' Consultations

There are two Parents' Consultation Evenings a year, one in the Autumn Term and one in the Spring Term. The Autumn Term meeting gives the parents an opportunity to meet the teacher and find out about the year ahead. The Spring Term appointment enables the parents to discuss their child’s progress having had the opportunity to look at their work.  During the week, As our children are in maths sets, Monday appointments are available for children's parents who want to see their children's maths group teacher.

The allotted time for each appointment is 10 minutes and it is important this is adhered to for the sake of the other parents waiting (some parents have 2 or more children’s teachers to see). If, for some reason, 10 minutes is insufficient time, it is requested that you make a further appointment after school with the relevant teacher.

Consultations can be arranged by using the Arbor Parent App or via contacting the Front Office.

Parent Drop-ins

​

During the academic year there are opportunities for parents to 'drop in' to their children's classrooms after school to look at their progress assessments and their books.  The class teachers will be available until 4pm to answer queries and questions.

Teacher Availability

​

If you wish to speak to your child's teacher at any time, during the school year, you may either make an appointment at the front office, email the teacher for an appointment, or speak briefly to the teacher at the end of the day.
